Your Done Day is broken into two 4 hour concentrated work blocks scheduled one week apart. We will dig in on day one and then you'll receive unlimited access to me via WhatsApp for a FULL week for any accountablity, support, and questions you may have. Then, we'll wrap up any loose ends with our final 4 hour focused work block!

Step One: Book a Consult
Select a date for a quick 15 minute chat to help us decide is working together is a great fit for both of us!
I'll get to hear about your goals, what you're working on and we'll decide if a Done Day is a "Heck yeah, let's do this!" day for you!
Step Two: Complete the Questionnaire
Complete the Done Day Questionnaire so that I can ensure I have a crystal clear understanding of the exact support you need!
Don't worry it's quick and I'll only ask a few important questions!
Step Three: We Set a Date
Next, we pick a date that works for both of us. Done Days are typically held Wednesday or Thursday in EST.
In some instances, I can make exceptions, but I am unable to change my timezone, because I'm not Dr. Strange ;)

How can I ensure I get the most out of our Done Day?
Spending a few minutes brain-dumping your to-do list on to a sheet of paper or a document will help us determine the key areas to focus on that will create the most benefit for you.
I recommend you write down everything you need to get done. Then sort it into the key areas of business: Sales and Marketing, Operations, Customer Delivery, Products and Services, Executive (which is your personal items - like goal setting, revenue planning, launching etc).
Once you have them sorted, it will be easier for us to create a roadmap that aligns our work to ensure you get the things done that will have the biggest impact.
What kinds of software and systems do you know?
I have the most experience working in Kartra. I also know most of the other softwares out there - LeadPages, ConvertKit, Kajabi, MemberVault, etc.
If you are looking for support working in software I don't have experience with, I will let you know on our fitting call so we can set expectations appropriately OR I will refer you to an appropriate person in my network that may be a better fit.
My strengths lie in messaging, copywriting, content planning (email sequences, podcast strategy, social media content), launch roadmaps and product ideation creation.
Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Absolutely! Ensure you have blocked your day for our time together. It's wise to plan your snacks and meals in advance so you are hydrated and well fed!
You should do your best to be in a mostly distraction-free space.
Have any software, access passwords and hyperlinks for your sales pages or social media at the ready should you want me to review those items so that we don't spend time looking.
Have a dedicated notebook and pen for note taking for any ideas that may be sparked!
What happens after I book my fitting call?
Your 15 minute fitting call will help us ensure we are a good fit to work together for a Done Day.
You'll select your time, fill in a short questionnaire and we will connect for 15 minutes to meet and discuss your needs.
If we both feel this will be a good fit and help you get your to-do list DONE, then you will select a day from my calendar and be invoiced for the service.
Once the invoice is paid and your day is booked, you will provide me with any pre-Done Day assets you'd like me to review in advance.
Then, we get on with the exciting work of meeting and getting your to do list tasks sorted and DONE!
What happens if we don't finish everything?
While I'd love to clear your plate of to dos, it is unlikely we will finish EVERYTHING in our two dedicated 4 -hour work blocks together.
What I do promise is that I will help you simplify and clarify which items should immediately go to the top of your to-do list to start helping you increase your revenues, leads and grow your lists.
If there are items that are left unfinished, we can schedule another Done Day when you are ready to complete them or I will provide you with a checklist after our session so that you know what your next steps are to get them done on your own.
Typically, the relief of 8 hours of focus attention on your business and access to me via WhatsApp between sessions is a game changer for getting the right pieces in place to propel you forward. I'm regularly amazed at the joy my clients experience from this time of focus!
Do you offer refunds?
I would highly recommend you DO NOT book a Done Day if you are concerned about the quality of my services! Clients who experience the best results with me know that my services will create the results they desire after the fitting call.
Once your call is booked, you are welcome to reschedule if something urgent comes up.
If, once our day is complete, you are not 100% happy, I will work with you to determine what we need to do to make sure you have the most benefit.
This does mean I have to help you focus and commit to our day together. I will be time conscious and use my best leadership skills to ensure we stay on task and get the most important things done.
If frank and open communication bothers you, you may not be a good fit. (No hard feelings, it's just good to know up front for both of us that I will be driving the call to ensure we get you results!)
As the time is booked and spent, I do not offer refunds after the call is complete.
